Year Two is not just a continuation of our discipleship course; it’s a commissioning. You are no longer a beginner struggling to obey the Word of God and walk in His love; you are a builder. And God is about to deepen your foundation so He can trust you with more—more people, more responsibility, more weight, and more glory. This next level is for those who have already completed Year One – the School of Discipleship, or for believers who are more seasoned in their faith and ready to go deeper. By now, you’ve learned to recognize God’s voice, confront personal hindrances, and walk in greater spiritual authority. Now it’s time to lead from that place of wholeness and wisdom.

The School of Leadership is designed for those who are already serving in ministry, walking in a five-fold leadership role, or have been recommended by pastoral leadership. Here, we focus on sharpening your prophetic discernment, strengthening your spiritual maturity, and developing your ability to lead others with integrity, humility, and Kingdom excellence. The activations and trainings in this level are more advanced and are not recommended for new believers or those who have not yet completed Year One spiritual goals.

Who This Program Is For

Our School of Leadership is designed for believers who have completed foundational discipleship and are now ready to be refined, stretched, and positioned for greater Kingdom impact. This is not for the curious—it’s for the called. Those who sense the weight of divine responsibility and desire to lead with both power and purity will find this training to be their next divine appointment.

Emerging Leaders and Ministers: Those who have already said “yes” to God’s call and desire to be equipped for effective service in ministry, mentorship, or leadership. You know there’s more—and you’re ready to grow in wisdom, maturity, and spiritual authority.

Five-Fold Leaders in Formation: Apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers who are being trained or already serving and want to strengthen their character, understanding of Kingdom government, and ability to lead others with integrity, humility, and order.

Prophetic Voices and Intercessors: Men and women who carry a prophetic call and desire to lead from intimacy with God, not emotional reaction. You’ll learn to discern accurately, intercede strategically, and build personal and corporate prayer altars that shift atmospheres.

Visionaries and Builders: Entrepreneurs, ministry founders, and those called to govern in business or community leadership who want to operate with prophetic discernment, apostolic excellence, and the wisdom to establish systems that reflect God’s order.

Servant Leaders and Armor-Bearers: Those who currently serve under pastoral or ministry leadership and want to better understand submission, loyalty, and stewardship as preparation for future promotion.

Community Reformers: Believers with a heart for transformation in their homes, churches, and cities who want to influence culture through righteousness, justice, and the tangible love of Christ.

This program is for those who refuse to lead from gifting alone and are ready to be forged by God into vessels of integrity, discernment, and lasting fruit. Because in this next level of leadership, character becomes your crown—and surrender becomes your strength.

What You Will Learn

In the School of Leadership, you’ll embark on an advanced journey of spiritual maturity, prophetic refinement, and character transformation. This year is designed to move you from personal healing to healthy leadership—from revelation to responsibility, and from gifting to governance. You will not only learn how to lead others, but how to lead yourself under the government of the Holy Spirit.

Every lesson in this year’s curriculum is intentional. Each module builds upon the next, forming a leadership foundation rooted in integrity, discernment, authority, and identity. This is where God finishes what He started in your discipleship—shaping you into a mature vessel who can carry His heart, His people, and His power well.

Throughout this year, you’ll be equipped to

1. Cultivate Christlike Character and Integrity: Learn that leadership begins in the secret place. You’ll discover how private obedience precedes public promotion, and how humility, accountability, and brokenness prepare you for long-term influence. You will master the art of leading with purity of motive, emotional maturity, and unwavering faithfulness.

2. Understand and Conquer Spiritual Systems and Altars: Uncover the spiritual architecture of godly and demonic altars that shape families, territories, and destinies. You’ll learn how to dismantle ungodly foundations, break evil covenants, and build righteous prayer altars that shift atmospheres, restore authority, and establish generational blessing.

3. Discern Darkness and Expose Counterfeit Light: Develop sharp spiritual discernment in a culture that blurs the line between truth and deception. You’ll learn to identify false prophetic trends, New Age infiltration, and witchcraft disguised as spirituality—standing as a voice of truth and clarity in a confused generation.

4. Discover Your Kingdom Assignment and Function: Gain revelation of your unique placement and purpose in the Kingdom of God. Through teaching on the Five-Fold Ministry, you’ll understand how apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers work together to mature the Body of Christ—and how your specific grace fits into the bigger picture.

5. Serve Faithfully Under Authority

Learn the power of honor, submission, and loyalty as you serve under spiritual leadership. You’ll understand how to align with another’s vision without losing your own, and how humility and stewardship under authority prepare you for promotion and trust in leadership.

6. Walk in Wholeness Through Inner Healing and Deliverance: Experience personal freedom as you learn how to minister healing and deliverance to others. You’ll understand how wounds, trauma, and soul ties affect leadership and learn how to maintain spiritual, emotional, and mental health as a vessel of healing for others.

7. Activate Your Identity and Maturity in Sonship: Step out of striving and into rest. You’ll confront orphan mindsets, rejection, and performance-based spirituality—learning to lead from acceptance, not ambition. This module restores your confidence as a son or daughter of the King, equipped to lead from a place of intimacy, not insecurity.

8. Master Government, Protocol, and Spiritual Order: Understand how divine order governs the flow of the anointing. You’ll learn how prophetic and apostolic teams function under proper authority, how accountability protects credibility, and how protocol preserves the presence of God in every area of leadership and ministry.

9. Demonstrate and Teach What You’ve Lived: Conclude your year by teaching what you’ve learned. Through the Student Teaching Practicum, you’ll demonstrate revelation, maturity, and spiritual authority—proving that leadership is not what you say, but who you’ve become through submission, transformation, and testing.

By the End of the School of Leadership, You Will:

• Walk in unshakable identity as a mature son or daughter of God.
• Lead with character, clarity, and compassion, not ego or emotion.
• Carry spiritual authority that flows from intimacy, not ambition.
• Discern truth from deception and light from darkness with confidence.
• Minister healing and deliverance with wisdom and love.
• Serve under authority with humility and integrity while preparing for your own divine assignment.
• Build strong prayer altars and maintain a disciplined lifestyle that sustains the anointing.
• Understand Kingdom structure, government, and protocol that ensure longevity in leadership.
• Finish your course faithfully, fruitfully, and full of fire—ready to advance God’s Kingdom wherever He sends you.
